If you are looking for Free Criminal Background Checks online you may be dissapointed as you find that all sites offering Free Criminal Background Checks in reality only offer background checks you have to pay to get hold of. I have seen in forums and on websites all over the net that people looking for Free Criminal Background Checks are complaining that the background checks were not free after all and they are pissed because they have to pay to receive the information they are looking for. As someone who has done quite a lot of background checks online this attitude really surprises me.

Some people just seem to believe that anything that can be called information HAS to be Free? Let me ask you… Do you complain because the food at The Ritz is way more expensive than the beef at your local barbecue joint? Do you complaint because the your latest G-Star Raw Jeans cost 15 times more than the ones they sell at the factory outlet down town? Do you complain because you have to PAY for your NEWSPAPER? Most of the analogies above are maybe not that good but the newspaper one is! You DO pay to get hold of the latest news probably. At Least if you are not anywere near your computer with internet connection. In most cases the newspaper is just for relaxing and you could just as well go on without it. When it comes to background checks however, NOT getting proper information could have serious concequenses and as with everything else in life - QUALITY Has A Cost!

The Free Background Checks are often outdated info used to fill in the databases way back. If you want to get up to date information someone has to keep the databases up to date. Someone has to spend their resources, be it time or money, on keeping the records updated. So is it not just reasonable that you pay a few bucks for the information? Usually, with a service like CIS you only pay once and get lifetime accesss.

If you are moving to a new place or re-locating your offices, would it not be good to know who will take care of the moving for you? That they guys carrying out the transportation of your goods are not thieves?

Planning to do some improvement in your home? Would it not be great to know that they guys carrying out the painting in your bedroom or installing your new kitchen while you are at work actually won’t come back and rob you or take off with your silverware while you are at work?

Can you afford not to do a proper background check on the person taking care of your kids, your money, your work or being your date?
